I am a first time grower, and I grew a 400 pounder! Thank the gods. Anyway, the gentleman who helped me and who lended me his dirt is in need of a great Christmas present. Does anyone know where I can get a Pumpkin Christmas ornament or snowglobe or something really special pumpkin related. I've already bought him some things off of bigpumpkins...but I want something for him to remember this first year and to look forward to the great seeds we have for next year. I've been on ebay. Any help as always is so appreciated. ~CityGirl

Why not handcraft something with the seeds that came out of your 400 pounder? That would be special to me!

A lot of times malls have booths where they can take pictures and put them on coffee mugs or tee shirts, a variety of things really. Do you have a picture of your pumpkin, you and your friend? I love the coffee cups with my grandchildren on them. Just a thought KathyT

These long handled pruners from Corona are perfect for snipping tendrils without having to move boards. No bending over either.

My wife eBay'ed me some antique "exageration" postcards for Christmas a few years ago. All were giant pumpkins. They're framed & hanging here on the office wall.

One of our GVGO members just sent me a set of 4 beer glasses with the GVGO logo etched onto them. I was floored when I opened the boxes & seen them. What a great gift & I can't thank the grower enough for this very special gift. Thanks a million, Kirk. Your gift is awesome & will be cherished for many many years.
