They really want to grow, so I think its time to transplant them outside into their 10ft long green house for a month, until they get too big for that. Fingers crossed.... And I'm hoping that everything will grow, according to plan. Monday, May 11 View Page I started growing my Giant Pumpkins 10 days late, this year. Got a little catching up to do. This is my 1025 Connolly plant. Looks healthy. But usually for my plants, the Main Vine has touched down and is running by now. Time for Peddle to the Metal growth assistance. Monday, May 18 View Page Nasty Heat!! Was supposed to reach a high of 80F today. Already 87 and climbing. Tomorrow we are expecting record 95F heat...so my guess is it will hit 101F tomorrow. THis is super bad for the youg plants if they are exposed to full sun. My 30% shade block coverings are earning their keep.
