And we are officially off the races. After the worst start I've ever had in the patch, I was not very hopeful of making a rebound but the 2020 Paton is a very aggressive plant and has made an impressive comeback! This pumpkin is 8 days old today and has doubled in size over the last 30 hours. 81 days until the Topsfield Fair. Plenty of time to get a decent pumpkin to the scales. It won't be easy but not giving up has paid off for me in previous years
