The greenhouse got very hot when the sun was shining. Even misters running wouldn't cool it down and often (almost every day) it would get over 100 f . I bought some 50% shade cloth to try as I had no experience with it. This one piece, 20' x 30' has reduced the temperatures into the 80's and low 90's. And that's with the misters off. The next day both pumpkins in the green house put on a few pounds more than average. Time will tell and I measure every day to see the effects of everything I do to the greenhouse and plants.
