Wish me luck! I made this yesterday. It's a system based on a Newtry "Dosetron". 1) inlet of fresh water from a city tap which has been reduced to 50 psi to protect components. 2) dosetron which will proportion the liquid fertilizers. Adjusting the valves will allow the system to bypass the dosetron. 3) water filter 4) a pressure reducer set at 12 psi for the recommended pressure of the drip tape that I'm using. 5) By adjusting the valves we can take a sample of what the dosetron is spitting out to adjust pH and concentration. 6&7) On/off battery operated timers ...1 for each plant. Usually I've been watering every 4 hrs but this year we are watering twice a day for a deeper soak. 8) These are not numbered and are water meters attached to the outlet side of water timers. Lets hope the 80 plus joints are water tight !!! This powerless watering and fertilizing system should free up valuable time for life's real activities lol.
