Cucumbers are the way to go if you want to have fun. Mixed seed tray. Giant cucumber (pic) sprouts fastest of all.
If you dont want to have any fun then try grafting tomatoes. 2/3 of the final three grafting stock plants came up today. A full 14 days after I planted them. They are so very slow... But 11/12 came up. Not expecting the last one to come up but at this slow rate it certainly might. This whole grafting endeavor is not for those who simply want to have fun. Painfully, ardously slow and precise. I ought to be making a surgeon's salary. But on the bright side I dont have to pay for medical school.
