Something I learned this year from Hope, and Ian P. Is that sometimes healthy looking plants can stop growing, and sick diseased looking plants can keep growing. How and why is a question for mother nature but despite how good Toad looks from the front, she has lost her back- the plant is smoked but she's still growing. I will not sugar coat the grow or my posts. This is the reality of growing giant pumpkins. You cant let fear pick your pumpkin even with so much to lose. Ruben's recent post is inspiring about the other 2 pumpkins he is about to weigh. Those weeds were a massive plant a month ago lol! Yes the vines are still there somewhere?
