Nutrient imbalance or stress. Without knowing 100 different variables, no one will be able to say exactly what caused it.

This strange event happens now and again. Most years my secondaries slow down after I pollinate but after a few days they pick right up again. I have had a couple years where they just stopped growing like yours has and never picked up again. Like NDV says, there's so many reasons this could happen it's hard to pinpoint why they do this sometimes... I hope they pick up again for you!

Ahh yes the plan5 was severely nutrient deficient as it was my first year and I didn’t know how much they need. Luckily this year i have a secondary every 4 inches and the biggest are a foot long give or take 3 inches
