Wow, it is like CT turned into Ohio this year. Wait a minute, look at the deer. Yup, still CT.

Very nice! Looks like New England region going to make some noise this Fall? And I don't have a clue how the usual heavy hitters are doing? Could be scary like a nice one.

Nick's Big Pumpkin- I am right there with you!
Hough- Disease free is a key trait that I do not think gets enough attention in the breeding process.
Ken D.- I am continuing to put the effort in, so it is nice to see the pumpkin keeping up with me.
Pumpkineer- Still about 28 days from weighing but the finish line is in sight.
big moon- Stem, plant, pumpkin all look in good health... at least as of this evening;-)
Green Gene- I am also excited to see the end result!
Ken D.- It is great to see CT having a good showing, looking forward to seeing what you and Green Gene produce and others to show the CT representation. I like your reality check with the deer;-)
So.Cal.Grower- More detailed diary entries to come so stay tuned!
BarryL- Not sure if you plan on making it down to RI but that is the planned weigh-off for the pumpkin, but I hope to see you at Topsfield.
Howard- It is great to be in the discussion of some of the CT success this growing season.
DKrus- I am using the 2013 Team-Pumpkin chart as this is what all of my past records have been based on and on the upper end there are more similarities so it is an exact estimate;-)
