Never underestimate the 150 sq ft competition. Seems like an easy no brainer but its not. It's always a challenge.

I guess if you feed a newly pollinated pumpkin the same as the day 50 pumpkin next to it, which is gaining 45+ pounds a day, maybe you are just asking for the little one to blow itself up.
