Sorry to see. It looks like it headed down the vine already. Surgery? Possibly split the main so it can drain? a fan and lots of air circulation. Foamy's don't mean your season is over. It just means you have an over achieving root system pumping too much sap.

Prob need the whole area to dry out (after cleaning/medicating it). Keep us posted on what you do to try to salvage it.

Keeping it dry hasnt really been an option. Every week this summers weve had 1 or 2 days with an inch of rain...
And yeah, it could very well be this stump causing the other issues, im not sure, but there's a bunch of dead leaves i assumed were bacterial wilt on various vines. I may cut the stump off and try to find solid vine, I havent decided
