Give it a few more days and see. At this stage not much you can do. The plant will either decide to keep investing in it or not. It is possible the plant is struggling a bit. But give it a chance.

It looks fine to me and actually quite plump, I'd say.
I always remove EVerYtHInG around the attaching point of the pumpkin - the developing vine, the tendril and the leaf, pretty much regardless of anything anymore. I don't care for the mini vine needing to be tended to, the tendril might be attached to something and CAN transmit Glyphosate if close weeding and the leaf, well, that is subjective and case-by case. Nope. Changed my mind. Anything rubbing on the pumpkin will show up X 10 if all else
is perfect. NICE fatty-to-be! Good Luck---eg

You can grab a couple of spent male flowers and use them to pollinate, butt you cannot then have a controlled cross - this will, however, do as you ask. eg

I didn't understand what you meant by that. I'll remove the leaf and tendril but I was planning blossom down and keeping that secondary ecause it feeds the fruit the most
