I am hopeful for you guys. The ideal scenario is they put on more lbs than ever, and don't split. It's just a question of how to get the ideal outcome.

Its a worthy problem to solve. The only thing I can think of is to dry the plant off quickly once it stops raining, also buttressing the sides of the pumpkin... There is a reason Notre Dame is still standing.

No midlife crisis for the pumpkins! Best wishes.
