Porkchop

Central NY

Sulphur powder is nice to have for the brown spots...and yes, painted daconil straight after scraping brown stuff off that didn't get dried by the sulphur powder. So much more fun when things are going good. Keep it up Tilly20

I have a different opinion. I'm thinking Porkchop may be correct for the significantky more humid climate out there but for my arid climate I find straight daconil to can be slightly damaging, or at least discoloring. I prefer to dilute it, might penetrate anything spongy better if diluted. I'm not very precise, but anywhere from 1:1 to 10:1 water:daconil depending on what I think will work. Isnt the recommended dose on the package around 50:1?

But it will depend on rain etc if rain or irrigation is going to wash it off or dilute it then maybe out in on thicker.
