Site search "seeds in blossom", and you will hit many entries. Also, I have seen it occasionally with the one or the other female on some of my AG plants. As to your question, the plant will develop fine, but I guess you want to know if the fruit will develop okay. This "seeds in blossom" thing indicates a weak point / malformation at the blossom end of the pumpkin, so they could be more likely to get a blossom end split. I prefer to pollinate females that do not have this problem, but in the past I also grew one or two keepers that had some signs of seeds in the blossom (not the very severe cases, though).

pollinate and use as a backup, my 2234 last year had seeds in the blossom, it also had 500-600 mature seeds at the end
