All the potatoes are tasty but the white are the least tasty. Not bad as there are a lot of bland white flesh (round white for 1)potatoes out there. Color depends on growing temperature plus how you cook them. Even mashed they are still colourful Have other varieties such as the ama rosa fingerling. . I found the german butterball likes to produce.
